Shakira parts ways with Barcelona star.

Celebrated couple Shakira and Gerard pique seem to be coming to an end after being together in the past ten years.This is after the duo released a statement on Saturday making it clear that they are parting ways.On the same note, the statement hinted that the well being of their children Milan and Sasha could be the cause of the separation.However, the duo requested that their privacy  be respected.It also seems that the separation was by mutual agreement as the statement was joint.
The 45 year old Shakira is widely known for her "Waka Waka" hit released in 2010 which was also the official worldcup song back then in South Africa.The song occurs to be what brought Shakira and Gerard together as the Barcelona star man featured in the song which up to date boasts of more than 3.1 billion views on youtube.
